This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Page views are counted with Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and records no personal data and no cross-site identifiers. We see aggregate counts — pages, referrers, countries, device types. We cannot see individuals.

Booking a call

The booking page embeds Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the name, email address and any answers you type into its form, and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting. That data is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy as well as this one.

Calendly sets its own cookies inside that embedded frame — bot protection and load balancing from its infrastructure providers. We do not set them, cannot read them, and they appear only on the booking page. Nowhere else on this site sets a cookie at all.

Emailing us

If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Business contact data we use for outbound

Our work involves contacting people at businesses on behalf of our clients. The data we use is business contact data — name, role, employer, business email address, public professional profile — sourced from commercial data providers and public professional records. We do not buy or use consumer data, and we do not use special category data.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business outreach, and we identify the client on whose behalf we are writing in every message. Every email carries a working way to opt out.

Getting removed

Reply to any message and say so, or email mohammedfawaz@connectcold.com. We suppress the address across current and future campaigns. We keep a minimal record of the suppression itself, because that is the only way to make sure the address is not contacted again.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email mohammedfawaz@connectcold.com and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We share it only with the service providers that run our sending and scheduling infrastructure, and with the client whose campaign a conversation belongs to.
